A new way to move, connect, and build healthy habits is coming to Lake Norman this spring. The Health Hax Saturday Walk-Run Club officially begins on Saturday, April 11, meeting at 9:00 AM at Bellingham Park in Mooresville, and will continue every Saturday.
Designed with accessibility in mind, this community-driven group is open to all fitness levels. Whether you prefer walking, jogging, or simply want a consistent way to get outside, the Walk-Run Club offers a welcoming, no-pressure environment. It’s not about pace or competition, but about building habits and showing up.
Each Saturday, participants will follow a relaxed 1–2 mile loop through Bellingham Park. The format keeps things simple, allowing everyone to move at their own pace while enjoying the outdoors and connecting with others in the Lake Norman community.
Beyond the walk or run, the club is centered on accountability and connection. It creates a space for people to meet others, stay consistent, and prioritize their well-being in a realistic and sustainable way. As more Lake Norman events focus on lifestyle and wellness, this Saturday meetup adds another opportunity to stay active in a supportive setting.
After each session, participants are invited to continue their wellness routine at Health Hax, located at 108 Gateway Blvd in Mooresville. Those who attend can enjoy 50% off core recovery services, including compression therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and steam. This added benefit helps support recovery while reinforcing long-term health habits.
With no registration required and a flexible, welcoming format, the Health Hax Walk-Run Club is an easy addition to any weekend routine. For those looking to stay active, build consistency, and connect with the Lake Norman community, Saturdays just got a little more meaningful. Learn more by visiting the Health Hax Facebook page.
