Pharos Parenting is proud to bring back its beloved charity golf tournament FORE! Child Abuse Prevention for its 7th year! Join us on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the stunning Trump National Golf Club Charlotte in Mooresville, NC, for a day of golf in service of a cause that truly matters.
Tee up alongside fellow community members for an unforgettable afternoon on world-class greens, all while raising vital support for child abuse prevention and building stronger, healthier families right here in our community.
All tournament proceeds will directly benefit Pharos Parenting and their child abuse prevention programs including one-on-one coaching, parenting classes, and intervention support that are offered at no cost to the community. Golf tournament participants are directly supporting local children by funding programs that educate parents and stop the cycle of child abuse in Iredell County and the surrounding areas.
The tournament features foursomes playing in a Captain’s Choice format with a 10 AM shotgun start. All golfers will receive a breakfast, on-course grill station lunch, two beer tokens, and a reception with wings and hors d’oeuvres after the tournament. Participants are welcome to enjoy a wide selection of raffles as well as on-course games that can help their team’s score.

This tournament is successful through the players and sponsors alike. This year’s tournament features a wide range of sponsorship levels starting at $500. Since 1987, Pharos Parenting’s mission has been to build positive parenting skills through targeted education, in-home coaching, and supportive intervention programs. They are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Statesville, NC. They serve the parents and children of Iredell, Alexander, and North Mecklenburg counties.
