The Zeta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi is bringing the community together for a meaningful evening of giving back with A Night to Shine, a charity gala taking place Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Gibson Mill City Club in Concord.
Organized by the sorority chapter, the event will feature dinner, a special guest speaker and raffle tables, with proceeds supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.
Tickets are $25 per person, and the evening will run from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Alpha Delta Pi Brings Sisterhood and Service Together
Alpha Delta Pi is a women’s collegiate sorority founded on the values of sisterhood, scholarship, leadership and service. Its Zeta Gamma Chapter is affiliated with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte).
Through A Night to Shine, chapter members are putting those values into action by organizing a community fundraiser that supports children and families facing medical challenges.
The gala reflects the chapter’s commitment to making a difference beyond campus while bringing students, supporters and local residents together around a shared cause.
Supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities
One of the evening’s beneficiaries is Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte, an organization dedicated to supporting families whose children are receiving medical care.
The organization helps families stay close to their children during treatment while providing a supportive environment during difficult times.
The gala will also benefit the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation, which supports educational, leadership and philanthropic initiatives connected to the sorority.
For the women of Alpha Delta Pi, the event is an opportunity to extend their commitment to service into the greater Charlotte community.
