Ilios Crafted Greek Expands to Davidson with Fifth Location and a Healthier Take on Greek Dining

Ilios Crafted Greek’s fifth location will open Monday, July 20, bringing its fast-casual Greek dining experience and a commitment to authentic, healthier ingredients to Davidson’s Sadler Square shopping center. To celebrate the opening at 201 Griffith Street, the first 100 guests will receive a complimentary bottle of Ilios’ proprietary extra virgin olive oil, imported from Greece with a retail price of $27.

The new restaurant features seating for approximately 50 guests indoors, as well as an outdoor patio with seating for 24 guests. Guests can enjoy dine-in service, takeout, and catering options featuring the brand’s scratch made menu of fresh, Greek-inspired plates and pita sandwiches, salads, family meals, and kids meals made with high-quality ingredients.

The Davidson opening comes as Ilios Crafted Greek deepens its commitment to authentic Mediterranean ingredients and healthier cooking practices. The restaurant recently transitioned to using olive oil throughout its recipes and fryers, replacing blended and vegetable oils previously used in some applications. The change makes Ilios Crafted Greek one of the few restaurants in the U.S. to use olive oil in frying, enhancing the flavor and nutritional profile of its menu. In addition, the restaurant has begun serving a new artisan pita bread imported directly from Greece. Made with just five ingredients and free from preservatives, the pita offers guests a more authentic taste of the country’s culinary traditions.

“Davidson is a community that values quality, craftsmanship, and local businesses, which aligns perfectly with what we serve at Ilios Crafted Greek,” said Stratos Lambos, co-owner of Ilios Crafted Greek and Xenia Hospitality Group. “As we continue to grow, we’re also investing in the ingredients that define our food. From importing pita directly from Greece to cooking exclusively with olive oil, we’re committed to offering guests the most authentic and flavorful experience possible.”

Founded with a mission to make Greek cuisine approachable, fresh, and accessible, Ilios Crafted Greek has built a loyal following across North Carolina through its focus on premium ingredients, hospitality, and convenient dining options.

The Davidson location will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests can order online, dine in, or arrange catering for events and gatherings. For more information, follow @ilios_crafted_greek and visit https://ilioscraftedgreek.com.
