An evening of celebration, connection, and purpose is coming to Lake Norman this April as Angels & Sparrows hosts SOAR 2026 at The Venues at Langtree in Mooresville. Taking place on Friday, April 24 from 6:30 to 11:00 PM, the event invites the community to gather for a night that blends a lively social atmosphere with meaningful impact.
More than a traditional gala, SOAR is designed to reflect what happens when a community shows up for one another. Angels & Sparrows serves over 1,200 local families through its Community Table and Pathway Program, providing food support and opportunities for long-term stability. This event highlights those stories while raising funds to continue that work across the Lake Norman area.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring signature drinks, passed appetizers, and a silent auction filled with unique local experiences. Guests can also explore a trip auction offering travel packages, adding an element of excitement early in the night. From there, the event transitions into a dining experience with curated food stations designed to encourage conversation and connection.
One of the most meaningful moments of the night is the Mission Moment, where attendees hear real stories of transformation from individuals impacted by Angels & Sparrows. Following this, the live auction and mission appeal provide an opportunity for guests to directly support programs that help neighbors move toward stability and independence.
