Who’s ready for an early season lake day?! Lake season is inching closer and closer, and for those of us who can’t wait, there’s a great weekend coming up to drop the boat in the water! That water will still be quite cold, but a boat ride is in order.
High pressure will setup offshore near the island of Bermuda, which is a typical pattern that we see in the summer. It will pump warm air and some humidity into our area over the weekend with high temperatures hovering around 80° from Friday through Sunday.
Friday and Saturday remain mainly dry, and while Sunday won’t be a washout, there will be a chance for some evening showers. That chance holds on as well as the warmth heading into next week.
