FS Food Group just announced that their beloved Charlotte concept will open a new location at 9623 Bailey Rd, Suite 100 in early 2026, and Lake Norman is about to get a serious taste upgrade.

If you’ve been to Little Mama’s in SouthPark or Rea Farms, you already know the drill: scratch-made pastas, fresh mozzarella prepped tableside, and brick oven pizzas that make you forget about delivery forever. Founder Frank Scibelli calls it a love letter to the Italian-American restaurants he grew up with in New England, and we call it… dinner plans.

The new Cornelius spot will seat 140 across a cozy dining room, chic bar, and airy sunroom—aka the perfect backdrop for everything from date night to family spaghetti Sundays. Expect classics like penne alla vodka, lasagna, chicken parm, and giant meatballs, plus a wine and cocktail menu designed to keep the lake life flowing.

So yes, Charlotte folks, we’ll happily let you keep your traffic. Because soon, we’ll have Little Mama’s right here by the lake.
