Piedmont HealthCare (PHC) employees recently raised nearly $3,000 for Yokefellow Ministries through a bowling fundraiser that brought together teams from across the organization.
In addition to the monetary donation, employees contributed more than 2,500 pounds of food to support local families in need. A raffle held during the event accounted for $1,500 of the total funds raised, further strengthening Yokefellow’s ongoing community efforts.
PHC leadership and team members gathered with representatives from Yokefellow Ministries to present the check and celebrate the impact of the collective effort.
“This was a great example of our team coming together to support the community in a meaningful way,” said PHC CEO, Jeffrey Smith, “We’re proud to partner with organizations like Yokefellow Ministries that are making a difference locally.”
Efforts like this highlight the strong sense of community across the Lake Norman area, where local organizations continue to support one another through meaningful events and initiatives. As Yokefellow Ministries carries this support forward, the impact will continue to be felt by families throughout the region.
