A new way to stretch, smile, and spend time with some four-legged friends is coming to Lake Norman this September. Puppy Love Pilates, Yoga and Beyond will celebrate its opening weekend September 5 and 6 in Cornelius, bringing puppy yoga and puppy Pilates classes to the community.

Located at 19900 S Main Street, Puppy Love combines all-level fitness classes with plenty of puppy interaction. Eight Shih Tzus will be part of opening weekend, giving participants the chance to move through a class while sharing the space with playful pups.

The experience is designed to be approachable for participants of all levels, so you don’t need to be an experienced yogi or Pilates regular to join in. Mats will also be provided, making it easy to arrive ready for class and enjoy the experience.

Beyond offering a different take on a traditional workout, opening weekend will also support animals in the local community. A portion of every ticket sold will be donated to local animal shelters, adding a give-back component to the September 5 and 6 events.
